Obsessed with your goals and vision!

(March 31st) marked the end of my LEGO journey, for now ๐Ÿ™‚ …

4 ยฝ years ago I answered a Facebook post for an open position as the Digital Content Manager from my good friend and hockey teammate Danielle Chabot, and so my LEGO journey began.

โ€ฆ and what an amazing journey itโ€™s been. Thank you Danielle!

I want to thank the LEGO Group for allowing me to work remotely for the last 9 months. My wife and I transitioned our three children to Florida due to an underlying health issue my wife has been struggling with for a few years now.

There really are no words to truly show the immense gratitude I have and will always have for the opportunity to work/play for the LEGO Group and all the amazing people.

My contract has come to an end and I must say Godspeed for now …

My hope is to return to LEGO, in the near future, as I continue to answer the next call on my journey which is to help individuals, organizations and athletes set and attain their personal lifestyle and business goals/KPIs.

Over the past two years through books, speakers, podcasts and videos, I have studied peak performance and how the mind, specifically our conscious and subconscious, controls our thoughts and actions.

While I was going through the loss of my father and some underlying health issues a few years ago I put all my focus on personally testing the various techniques and methods for mindset growth and peak performance.

Planking, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, infrared saunas, floating (also known as sensory deprivation) and Cryotherapy (also known as cold therapy), which utilizes extremely cold temperatures to reduce certain symptoms and improve overall health.

I have tested various routines and rituals and applied the most impactful to a new workbook I created, The Level Up Mindset System Workbook.

Through this tool of techniques I have lost 40+ lbs., My cholesterol dropped from 200 to 152. I run 3 miles every day, I went from planking for 2 minutes to 17 minutes.

From 30 consecutive push-ups to 146. Through these techniques Iโ€™ve created a system, The Level Up Mindset System, through which I have created a blog, started a podcast, pursued acting, create The Level Up Mindset System, all while working a 9-5 job.

LEGO has provided my family and I with so much value. My goal is the same with this workbook. I truly believe it can add so much value in getting clear on your goals and vision like it did for me.

For those looking for a better way to set, track and attain their goals to give my mindset workbook a try!

I am truly excited for this new venture and so very grateful for the opportunities and learnings I have gained from being a part of The LEGO Group.

Thank you LEGO and Godspeed to my fellow mates!
