A few weeks ago I posted a picture (included in this video) on social media of a life changing achievement that has transformed my life!
This is the beginning of my journey navigating through the loss of my father.
From fear, anger and regret I was able to transform and change my mindset using daily disciplined routines and goals. I did this without knowing the full impact it would and has had on my life which inspired me to tell my story.

My goal today is to meditate 20 minutes and try a plank!!!
